What is Huys&Werf?

Huys&Werf is a project by AHAM Real Estate and is part of the recently developed city district Oostenburg. Huys&Werf consists of fifteen modern apartments and multiple commercial spaces, which are administered by AHAM Real Estate.

What is AHAM Real Estate?

AHAM Real Estate administers Huys&Werf’s apartments and commercial spaces. AHAM has its own in-house technical-, maintenance-, financial-, and rental department. Check out aham.nl for more information.

Accessibility

Where is Huys&Werf located?

Huys&Werf is located in the center of Amsterdam. All apartments are situated at Jacob Bontiusplaats. The commercial spaces are situated at Oostenburgermiddenstraat and Jacob Bontiusplaats. Click here to view Huys&Werf on Google Maps.

How do I get to Huys&Werf?

In 2023, a cycling track will be set up from VOC-kade to Amsterdam Central Station. The route from Oostenburg to Amsterdam Central Station will take approximately five minutes by bike. Tram 26 is located at three minutes walking distance.

Arriving by car? Take route S114 on the A10 highway and park your car at the Q-Park garage near Huys&Werf.

Is there parking space?

In addition to the 30 in-house parking spots available to residents of Huys&Werf, there’s a nearby parking garage (Parkeerhuis, Q-Park) with a 700 parking spot capacity. It’s possible to obtain a parking permit for professionals.

Oostenburg is a low-traffic area, which means its streets are reserved for local traffic. There’s a limited number of public parking spaces. Loading and unloading cargo is of course possible.

Is there an elevator in Huys&Werf buildings?

Yes, there’s an elevator in all Huys&Werf buildings.

What are the apartment specifics?

The apartments at Pakhuys Isabel and Buytenhuys feature large windows, two separate bedrooms, and a generously sized balcony. Additional features include an open-plan kitchen equipped with state of the art appliances, stuccoed walls and oakwood parquet flooring. You can move right in.

What is a communal garden?

Nearly all buildings at Oostenburg are connected to communal gardens. The lush gardens are accessible to the public though barely visible from the street. Enjoy some sun, read a novel or take a walk alongside the wild greenery.

How can I rent a commercial space or an apartment?

You can contact AHAM’s rental department directly. They will provide you with additional information about their terms and conditions, deposit rates and terms of notice.

Where can I find floor plans and pricing information?

All floor plans and pricing information are soon to be found on the page Rental offer. By selecting a section of the image, you will see specifications of that particular space, including pricing information and its floor plan.

When will Huys&Werf be available for occupation?

Huys&Werf’s commercial spaces will be completed from December 2021 onwards. The apartments will be completed in 2023.

Is it be possible to visit Huys&Werf?

The viewing of commercial spaces is possible at the moment. Please contact AHAM’s rental department directly. It will be possible to visit an Open House for the apartments in 2023. Sign up for our newsletter and we will keep you posted on the project’s status.
